No, I do not provide the unedited RAW images. The images in the galleries go through a careful editing process to ensure the best quality, including adjustments for lighting, color, and composition, which is a standard process for digital photographers

1. Introduction

This Digital Download License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee") and Paul Mitchell Photography ("Licensor"). By downloading digital images from our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital images ("Images") for both personal and commercial projects, without transferring ownership of the Images.

3. Permitted Uses

Under this Agreement, the Licensee may use the Images for the following purposes:

Personal Projects: Including blogs, social media, and non-commercial websites.

Commercial Projects: Such as advertisements, marketing materials, and business websites.

Print and Digital Media: Including magazines, brochures, and online publications.

Educational Purposes: Such as presentations and reports.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee is prohibited from:

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Images to any third party.

Using the Images in any defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner.

Incorporating the Images into logos, trademarks, or service marks.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Images remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

6. Usage Terms

The Licensee may download the Images as per the instructions on the website. Modifications to the Images for personal or commercial use are permitted, but the modified Images may not be distributed as if they were original works. Whenever possible, credit must be given to the Licensor.

7. Payment and Fees

The prices for the Images are listed on the website. Full payment is required prior to downloading the Images. All sales are final, except in cases where the Images are defective or misdescribed.

8. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any terms. The Licensor also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Images and delete all copies in their possession.

9. Liability and Warranties

The Licensor’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the Images. The Images are provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration within the UK.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Licensee may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
