Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided. This confirms that your order is being processed and is pending approval from the photographer.

Approval and Download:

After the photographer approves your order and the download is ready, you will receive a second email with the subject "Your photos are ready to download." Please click the "Download Photos" button within this email to start downloading the provided zip file(s).

Be aware that if you're ordering your digital download between 21:00 and 08:00 UK, there may be a delay with the approval process.

Note: Download files provided for photos that have been ordered will be available for 30 days.

Yes, I offer a variety of print sizes. All prints are produced at a professional print lab associated with Zenfolio, my online photo-hosting provider. Once ready, they are shipped directly from the print lab to you, ensuring high quality and efficient delivery.

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email regarding your order and you'll be provided with a unique order number. Be sure to keep this order number handy in case you need to contact your photographer for any reason and reference your order.

No, I do not provide the unedited RAW images. The images in the galleries are edited to enhance lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color, which is a standard process for digital photographers

I aim to complete the editing of photos within 48 hours after each race weekend. During this period, galleries will be uploaded and will start to be populated with images. However, I continue to update and add to the galleries until I am fully satisfied with the content.

I’m introducing a new search feature in my 2025 galleries! Simply enter a driver number, like "Kart 64," to quickly find all relevant images across all galleries or within a specific one. Each gallery will also be organized into collections, sorted by individual driver number or grouped by ranges of numbers. This will make browsing and finding your favorites even easier! Unfortunately this will not include my Archived galleries....

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact me, and I'll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible

The images you purchase will be free of watermarks. Any watermarks present in gallery images are automatically removed upon purchase.

Yes, you are free to modify the images to fit your needs. This includes cropping, adding filters, text, or other design elements. However, the resale of edited images as standalone files is not permitted.

Paul Mitchell Photography — Digital Download License Agreement

Products Subject to this Agreement: Digital Download

1. Introduction

This Digital Download License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee") and Paul Mitchell Photography ("Licensor"). By downloading digital images from our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital images ("Images") for both personal and commercial projects, without transferring ownership of the Images.

3. Permitted Uses

Under this Agreement, the Licensee may use the Images for the following purposes:

Personal Projects: Including blogs, social media, and non-commercial websites.

Commercial Projects: Such as advertisements, marketing materials, and business websites.

Print and Digital Media: Including magazines, brochures, and online publications.

Educational Purposes: Such as presentations and reports.

4. Restrictions

The Licensee is prohibited from:

Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Images to any third party.

Using the Images in any defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner.

Incorporating the Images into logos, trademarks, or service marks.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Images remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.

6. Usage Terms

The Licensee may download the Images as per the instructions on the website. Modifications to the Images for personal or commercial use are permitted, but the modified Images may not be distributed as if they were original works. Whenever possible, credit must be given to the Licensor.

7. Payment and Fees

The prices for the Images are listed on the website. Full payment is required prior to downloading the Images. All sales are final, except in cases where the Images are defective or misdescribed.

8. Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any terms. The Licensor also reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Images and delete all copies in their possession.

9. Liability and Warranties

The Licensor’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the Images. The Images are provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration within the UK.

11. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Licensee may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
