June Open Practice at DKC, a pivotal moment for participants as many gear up for the upcoming NKC event. The day commenced on a challenging note for me personally, when my primary camera and lens suffered substantial damage after a dropβthe lens's second use. Thankfully, I had my backup camera and lens, which allowed me to continue capturing the day's events after a brief and costly setback. The practice sessions displayed exceptional skill and determination from all drivers, making it a photographer's delight despite the early hiccup. This practice day not only set a high standard but also served as a perfect lead-in to what promises to be an exhilarating race weekend. I remain optimistic and excited for the competitors and hope that they have a safe and competitive event.
If this was the prologue to the race weekend, the visiting NKC Championship Photographers are in for a treat. I will be looking forward to viewing their images. Here's to a successful and memorable racing weekend ahead for all involved with the visiting NKC !
